Draw the house plan to industry standards. Create a floor plan, roof plan, and elevations. You will need to place a door schedule and the correct annotations.

he first one is the Mediterranean-style house. We like the elevation of this house as well as most of the plan. Comments about this plan:

1) We want a mud room, which this design does not have. We are also hoping to have the garage on the left side of the plans, not at the front of the house. We want a circle drive at the front of the house with the garages on the left side.

2) Not sure where we would put a safe/gun room.

The second one is two photos - the elevation and floor plan. We don’t love the elevation but like the floor plan. Comments on this plan:

1) Really like this floor plan. We like the kitchen area better in the other plan. The pantry and wet bar seem to make more sense in #1. But we really like the right side of the plan, specifically the study with the Morning Kit. (We actually have no idea what that is but think this would be a good place to replace that with an interior safe/gun room.

2) Like the screened deck on this plan but figure it would be easy to screen the deck on  #1.

3) The pantry is in an odd place in this plan but like the P.R off the Mud Room.

For both plans, Alan will use the Study exclusively but I would like a small office-type space. Not sure if we can add that along one wall in laundry room or if you have suggestions.

I said during our phone call that we like about 80% of one plan but it’s really 50/50. As you can see, they are very similar.
