INSTRUCTIONS

Draw the house plan to industry standards. Create a floor plan, roof plan, and elevations. You will need to place a door schedule and the correct annotations. 

CUSTOMER NEEDS

  • SQ. FT. 2200 (US THIS NUMBER NOT THE ONE ON THE PAPER)

  • ADD OFFICE 

  • MAKE CLOSET GO INTO LAUNDRY

  • ADD MUD ROOM

  • ADD 4x6 SAFE ROOM

  • TUB NEEDS A WINDOW

  • MAKE LIVING ROOM LARGER

ADD SITE PLAN AND PLACE ON LOT 2 in section 1

ADD INTERIOR OF MASTER BATHROOM.

ADD WALL SECTION 

​

When you finish print on a D-size sheet of paper. And hand into your instructor.

  • 50 PTS - FLOOR PLAN WITH CLIENT NEEDS

  • 10 PTS - DIMENSIONS/DOOR TAG/WINDOW TAGS/SCHEDULE

  • 10 PTS - ROOF

  • 10 PTS - ELEVATIONS 

  • 10 PTS - SITE PLAN

  • 5 PTS - INTERIOR ELEVATION

  • 5 PTS - WALL SECTION​
