PROJECT 9 - TWO MASTERS 

INSTRUCTIONS

Draw the house plan to industry standards. Create a floor plan, roof plan, and elevations. You will need to place a door schedule and the correct annotations. 

When you finish print on a D-size sheet of paper. And hand into your instructor.

CUSTOMER NEEDS

  • Simple Roof Lines/Ranch style 9/12 pitch. 

  • Single Story. 

  • Two Master Suits with bathrooms. 

  • Three additional kid’s bedrooms. 

  • No formal dining but a large breakfast nook area

  • Large office 200-250 square feet on front of house with its own door so clients don’t have to use the front door. 

  • L or U shaped kitchen with island and open to the living room. 

  • 9’ ceilings in bedrooms and 10’ in main living area. 

  • 2600-3000 sq ft of living

  • 3 car garage
