My husband was out on having the dining room in the middle between the living and kitchen. He knows we would use the table as a catch all and doesn’t want it being the first thing when you walk in the front door. I am also not loving the idea of the powder room by the kitchen and master.
We do not want the 3 doors across the front of the house and we do not want the porch in front of the flex/office space which I think you left the porch off anyway.
We prefer to keep the right side of the house the same as the original plan but add a hallway. Could we shave a couple of feet off the living room, to make room for the hallway and keep the plan as the original layout? Maybe find a place for a hot water heater over here?
We like the master on the amended floor plan I have attached. We like the idea of the master having its access point from the front hall and not back by the kitchen so we like this side of the plan for it. It is very hard to see the measurements. We are okay with the measurements of the actual master bedroom. It does not have to be as big as the original.
We think we like the dining room space like this one has as well.
Hubby wants water heaters on both sides of house and not in the attic so I guess there needs to be space for those as well somewhere.
